My good friend Charles Purvis is offering a unique class called the Project Salon. It begins February 17 and is specifically designed to support photographers in the experiential process and practices of creating a body of work over an extended period of time. It's long term, requires commitment, and is predicated on generative group interaction. It's been incredibly exciting and effective in helping people move through their creative blocks with the support of other photographers going through the same process. Although small (limited to 8), the Project Salon embodies the essential community experience of connection and support.
If you are interested in creating a body of work (be it an exhibition, a book, or portfolio) with the support of other photographers doing the same, check out the Project Salon at www.micxstudio.com or contact Charles at firstname.lastname@example.org
